MUST APPLY ONLINE AT WWW.DANFOSS.COMWhat You’ll Be Doing   Familiar with IEC 61800-3 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Requirements for Adjustable Speed Power Drive Systems and supporting test standards Design for EMC to support scheduled product release Work closely with all project team members to ensure EMC compliant product design Evaluate product design concepts for EMC compliance and risk Detailed reviews of electrical and mechanical designs for EMC compliance  Conduct pre-compliance testing in lab to minimize risk prior to design release Coordinate and conduct EMC validation testing at 3rd party test facilities Provide relevant input to project leaders for project resource, schedule, budget, and test planning.  What We're Looking For   Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with 12 months experience with R&D projects in a role of electrical engineer responsible for EMC verification and product compliance; with conducted and radiated emissions, immunity, burst, surge and ESD test and verification methods; and with EMC test & measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, LISN, capacitive clamps, burst and surge generators and antennas  In lieu of master’s plus experience, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience with R&D projects in a role of electrical engineer responsible for EMC verification and product compliance; with conducted and radiated emissions, immunity, burst, surge and ESD test and verification methods; and with EMC test & measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, LISN, capacitive clamps, burst and surge generators and antennas  What You'll Get from Us   We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
