We’re looking for a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to help bring our designs to life—someone who thrives on detail, craftsmanship, and teamwork. What You’ll Do As an Electromechanical Assembler, you’ll build high-quality electrical and electromechanical assemblies following detailed documentation, drawings, and workmanship standards. Every day brings something new—from assembling cables and harnesses to wiring prototypes and testing your finished work. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Building electrical and electromechanical assemblies per production documentation and IPC quality standards * Following written and verbal work instructions, procedures, and specifications * Using hand tools and equipment to assemble cables, harnesses, or chassis modules * Wiring and soldering prototypes and complex assemblies per specifications * Operating a variety of manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently * Performing verification and functional tests on completed assemblies * Identifying and correcting defects to maintain top-tier quality * Providing training and on-the-job guidance to newer team members as needed * Performing rework or repair on assemblies when required What You Bring * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings * Experience using common hand tools and testing devices (torque wrenches, dial indicators, etc.) * Skilled in soldering and wiring assemblies to IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards * Familiarity with wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and potting equipment * Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and measurement skills * Sharp attention to detail and ability to work with small, intricate components * Commitment to quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Education & Experience * High School Diploma or GED required * Minimum of 2 years of related electromechanical or electrical assembly experience   Why You’ll Love Working Here * Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off * Be part of a company that’s growing, changing, and full of new opportunities * A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter * Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world   Equal Opportunity Employer  Intervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
