What You’ll Do * Assemble electrical and electromechanical devices using a variety of hand tools and equipment. * Build and connect components such as cables, harnesses, and chassis modules following detailed instructions. * Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and process sheets to ensure quality workmanship. * Perform verification tests and inspect assemblies for accuracy and defects according to workmanship standards. * Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining compliance with company and quality procedures. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deliver top-quality products. What You Bring * A strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. * Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions and documentation. * Comfort using basic hand tools (torque wrenches, dial indicators, test devices, etc.). * Ability to manipulate and assemble small or delicate parts accurately. * A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work in a team environment.
