We’re seeking a hands-on Thermal Engineer with a strong foundation in either electrical or mechanical engineering, and a passion for solving thermal challenges at the intersection of hardware design, airflow, and control systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate across electrical and mechanical disciplines, applying engineering fundamentals, statistical methods, and a data-driven mindset to create precise, reliable temperature control systems. This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who can, or is willing, to bridge a gap between electrical and mechanical domains.

• Design and optimize systems for active and passive thermal control (e.g., airflow, heat sinks, temperature regulation)
• Ensure accuracy and stability of thermal control systems through modeling, prototyping, and data validation
• Collaborate closely with other electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate thermal solutions into real-world product designs
• Develop and implement instrumentation for thermal testing; automate data collection and analysis pipelinesInvestigate thermal failures and drive design improvements using root cause analysis and statistical tools
