Electroneuro Diagnostic (EEG) Tech - Neurology Clinic - PRN 9a-5p Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Clinics and the Manager of Neurology Clinic, assists the various procedures including EEGs (inpatient and outpatient), extended EEG monitoring and video EEG setup/recording/reviewing, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of nerve and brain disorders. The EEG Tech functions as a resource person to physician and their staff, family members and hospital staff. This position is primarily based out of the Neurology Clinic with the ability to perform studies on the inpatient side of the hospital. Schedule This position is generally scheduled PRN As Needed 9a-5p. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree and/or 2 years of relevant experience in Electro-Neuro Diagnostic testing. Graduate of an accredited NOT program with certification (CAAHEP or Non-CAAHEP) or certification eligible in electrodiagnostic testing. Ability to proficiently write read, write and speak English. Ability to interact with positively with individuals. Current Basic Life Support Certification-Health Care Provider (BLS) or successfully pass within the first 6 months of hire.
