The position reports to the Electrical Department Μanager. The primary scope of this role is to plan, coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of electronic and automation systems, ensuring their effective operation. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, Maintain and Upgrade electronic and automation equipment as well as software applications, required to manufacture cement; also, to provide relevant guidance to engineers, technicians and CCR operators to ensure flow continuity of production process Maintain safe and clean work area at all times; Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs; Plan, coordinate and ensure safe operation of subcontractors Manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules and completion for all electronic, PLCs, IT, software and network equipment, components, and installations to achieve safe and uninterrupted operation Oversee the work performed by staff and contractors as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner Maximize equipment availability using efficient and proactive preventive maintenance programs. Propose new processes and projects to improve electronic and automation installations and maximize the efficiency of the production process Monitor supplies to ensure adequate inventory of electronic and automation equipment and licenses, according to production demand Develop, train and motivate subordinates to ensure a productive work environment and high levels of efficiency and satisfaction Qualifications TEI Graduate in Electronic, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience in a similar position with knowledge on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting of electronic equipment and installations (gas analyzers, all kinds of sensors for flow, level, temperature etc, loadcells, weighing feeders, transmitters, packing machines, etc), industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus etc), Siemens PLC S7 1200/1500, S7 300/400, with Simatic Manager and TIA Portal, WinCC Scada, Cemat or similar platform Hands on experience with electronic and network applications on distribution, motion, and lighting Technological savvy; understanding of electrical drawing (Eplan) Hands on experience with IT installations, Helpdesk /IT Systems Support, reporting systems, experience in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Visual Basic and databases Knowledge on programming Siemens and ABB inverters Proactive attitude toward solving problems Safety minded and team oriented with ability to accommodate effectively internal stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written) Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable) What we offer Private health insurance Pension plan Annual checkup Performance bonus Prepaid cards for supermarket Learning and Development opportunities Internships and summer schools for employee children Wellness programs and special offers At TITAN we provide equal opportunities for employment, prohibiting any kind of discrimination.
