  • Graduate Electrical Engineer responsibility: You will support the development and implementation of electrical systems, working across a variety of engineering activities including:Supporting the design, build and testing of electrical and communication systems
  • Assisting with component selection and electrical system layouts
  • Carrying out engineering calculations and supporting system validation
  • Producing technical drawings, reports, schematics and other engineering documentation
  • Collecting and analysing data from testing and trials
  • Supporting installation, commissioning and troubleshooting activities
  • Assisting with fault diagnosis and maintenance of electrical systems
  • Working with engineers, technicians and external contractors during installation and commissioning
  • Supporting technical reviews and wider engineering projects
  • Ensuring work is completed in line with relevant safety standards and engineering requirements
  • Assisting with the development of electrical systems for new projects and installations


The role offers broad exposure to electrical engineering, from initial design through to practical implementation and testing.

Graduate Electrical Engineer requirements:We're looking for a curious and motivated graduate with a genuine interest in engineering and clean energy.

  • Required:1st class degree in Electrical Engineering, General Engineering, Physics or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
  • Some practical engineering experience through university projects, internships, placements or personal projects
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Genuine interest in renewable energy and low-emission technologies
