Description Essential Job Functions Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers. Testing of electronic devices. Thorough understanding of electronic component identification (I.D. by type, polarity, and value). Provide consistently high levels of quality. Able to operate and maintain hand tools/soldering iron. High individual level of quality, with proven contributions to the overall department quality. Have a thorough understanding of all SoundOff Signal’s policies, procedures, and systems. Able to read and follow SoundOff Signal Work Instructions. Ability to accurately differentiate between colors. Able to listen and apply direction from supervisors. Fully cross trained in all areas of their department and learn builds within other departments as customer demands and changing business needs dictate. Regularly rotates to all necessary jobs within the work cell if applicable. Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Entry level manufacturing skills. Knowledge of meters and other test devices. Have the ability to touch up, test and complete the label according to BOM (bill of materials). Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate, and/or reach throughout an entire shift. Must be able to accurately handle and assemble small parts. Working Conditions Light manufacturing environment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting Required to work shift hours (four 10-hour days) with occasional overtime Schedule Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am with overtime as needed on Fridays
