Description The Electronic Banking Representative provides exceptional customer service and operational support for the Bank's electronic banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, ACH, cash management, and other digital banking products. This position assists customers with account access, troubleshooting, and service requests while ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with Bank policies and applicable regulations. This position also provides overflow customer service support by assisting customers with account information requests and account transfer inquiries. Primary Responsibilities Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, ACH, and cash management services. Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone and in person. Process and verify ACH transactions, stop payments, sweeps, and other electronic banking activities. Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Monitor daily reports and perform operational tasks in accordance with Bank procedures. Collect and prepare outgoing Bank mail for USPS delivery. Work collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Team oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and procedures. Proficient with computers and the ability to learn new software applications. General knowledge of banking products and services; knowledge of ACH Rules and Regulations is preferred but not required. One year of banking experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
