ELECTRONIC BUILD TECHNICIAN

My Norwich based client who design & manufacture downhole cameras are looking to strengthen their Electronics/hardware build team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role

• Build and assembly of electronics equipment up to assembly of full product lines used in oil and gas industry
• Be able to read, follow and understand electronics schematics
• Be able to perform rudimental fault finding of Electronic circuits
• Work on own initiative an absolute essential
• An understanding of firmware basic code manipulation SSH program etc (C, Python helpful but not essential)
• Strong soldering ability
• Keen eye for attention and ability to follow instructions to the letter
• Understanding of cameras and their operation a big positive
• Some UK and International travel may be required on rare occasions
