ABOUT US BE&SCO Manufacturing designs and builds industry-leading tortilla, flatbread, and bakery equipment. We are seeking an Electrical Assembler to support the assembly and wiring of control panels, harnesses, and cables used in our equipment. JOB SUMMARY The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling wiring harnesses, cables, and control panels by following schematics and technical drawings. This role requires hands-on electrical assembly experience, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and escalate schematic or wiring issues. The position works primarily on the manufacturing floor and supports production efficiency and quality standards. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Shadow an experienced employee during the first 40 hours of training * Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, and control panels by following schematics * Perform wiring, stripping, and crimping using hand tools * Use a variety of hand tools and electrical assembly tools * Clock in and out of work orders using computer and manufacturing software * Identify and report schematic errors, discrepancies, or issues * Follow all safety procedures and quality standards REQUIREMENTS * 3–5 years of electronic assembly or related experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of AC/DC circuit theory * Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams * Experience using digital multimeters and ohm meters * Knowledge of shop math and assembly processes * Proficiency with basic hand tools * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Strong attention to detail * Basic computer skills * Understanding of workplace safety requirements * Good interpersonal skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to perform repetitive tasks and skilled manual labor * Ability to use hand tools throughout the workday * Ability to wear required personal protective equipment at all times * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) * Ability to maintain focus in a busy manufacturing environment WORK ENVIRONMENT * Majority of time spent on the manufacturing floor * Open workspace with cool to cold temperatures * Noise levels can be moderate to high * Must comply with all safety protocols SCHEDULE * Monday through Friday * 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
