We’re hiring a hands-on, creative Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at The Lighting Consultants (TLC) in Redditch. We design and deliver advanced LED lighting systems for some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. Key Responsibilities

• Design analogue and digital circuits and PCBs using Altium Designer
• Develop embedded firmware (C) and custom LED drivers
• Collaborate across disciplines with optical, CAD, thermal, and software teams
• Support vehicle integration, system validation, and documentation
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive or high-reliability electronics
• Strong skills in circuit design, firmware development, and PCB layout
• Proficiency with Altium and embedded C development
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and excellent team collaboration skills
