Location Espanola, NM Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the applicable core system and related platforms. Process Federal Reserve and Shared Branching adjustments. Process Share Drafts and RDC timely and accurately. Process FRB Chargebacks timely and accurately. Provide support with eService and Deposit Ops queues and emails. Provide telephone support to internal and external members. Troubleshoot and research all issues related to Retail and Business Online Banking. Perform online banking and bill pay customer setups and maintenance. Maintain issues log and identify reoccurring issues to identify needed training. Develop and maintain product and system knowledge for all operational functions featured in Retail and Business Online Banking. Interface with third-party service providers related to the installation, updating, and troubleshooting of connectivity and services provided on eServices offerings. Provide data entry and other tasks required for the administration and process of online banking transaction and set up of new accounts. Assist eServices in executing e-service products, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve Member experience. Promotes a needs based member education culture within the departments to identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services to live DNCU’s mission of improving lives while meeting and/or exceeding established member education goals. Comply with all regulations, security procedures, and complete all mandatory annual compliance courses. Ensure that effective communication is delivered with respect to incident reports, enhancement rollouts, and system downtime, and that regular communications are sent to keep departments up-to-date on the status of outstanding issues. Performs other related job duties as assigned. Salary Starting pay: $22.08 – $27.60 hourly, based on qualifications, internal equity, and budget. Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.
