All about the role: We are seeking an Electronic Project Leader to lead the design, development, and delivery of global electronic module-level projects. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to deliver high-performance and reliable modules for integration into larger systems. This role will be responsible for project planning, coordination and delivery within scope, cost, and timeline targets. What you’ll do: Lead cross-functional electronic development projects (hardware, firmware, and integration). Develop and track the project development, according to schedule, cost and resources. Coordinate with hardware, software, mechanical, and QA teams to ensure product delivery. Manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and resolve project roadblocks. Communicate project status, timelines, and technical updates to stakeholders. Ensure design meets compliance, safety, and certification requirements (e.g., EMC, CE, RoHS). Work closely with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers during the integration phase. Support prototype builds (Supplier side) and transition to mass production. Who you are: Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with design tools: Altium, OrCAD, etc. Understanding of product lifecycle management, and EMI/EMC practices. Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting. Able to manage multiple projects or change requests simultaneously. Experience working with global teams, vendors, and external suppliers. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): PMP or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience in automotive, medical, or industrial electronics projects. Experience working with suppliers. Knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32), sensors, power electronics, or IoT systems. Experience in leading technical teams or project teams.
