Electronic Security Technician Due to continued growth and market presence Chubb Security has a current opening for an Electronic Security Technician within the Services area of the business. This is a challenging and highly rewarding role in which on a daily basis you will be conducting reactive break fix servicing, Routine Maintenance, Installation, commissioning programming and troubleshooting working in all aspects of Electronic Security and Integration of varied and numerous systems. Chubb will help you gain your AGSVA NV1 Clearance and fully fund this process. Must have experience in programing & commission security systems such as Gallagher, T1A, Integriti, Lenel, Must have a Victorian Security Licence Must have 5+ years of experience in a similar role Must have current driver’s licence Must have Quality trade skills and techniques Must have Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Must have strong attention to detail and report writing skills using mobile devices Must be able to work on an rotating “on call” roster Desirable: Current NV1 Clearance, or ability to obtain Chubb will help you gain your AGSVA NV1 Clearance and fully fund this process Australian Government Security Clearance & Defence Current or ability to obtain ACMA cabling licence Ability to perform basic ICT networking EWP Licence Fault identification, isolation, repair, and reporting on systems installed and managed by Chubb. Sound skills in electronic data and documentation management Very effective report writing both technical and non-technical Strong ability to perform cabling, fit off (including panels) and commissioning of electronic security systems STRONG & DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE IN LEADING ACCESS CONTROL AND CCTV PRODUCTS Gallagher EACS products Inner Range (Concept & Integriti) products UTC Product Range, Tecom, Lenel Etc. A history of working on large integrated installations in a variety of environments (commercial, industrial) IP Networks A range of analogue and IP CCTV systems including Milestone Genetec Avigilon etc. A positive and motivated attitude at all times A customer focused approach with demonstrated success in exceeding client expectations by going We also expect you to bring The ability to obtain ALL site clearances and Licences as required. A proven and successful history of working on and maintaining large integrated installations in a variety of environments (commercial, industrial). Experience of IP Networks and a range of analogue and IP CCTV systems.
