Job Title: Electronic Services Representative Department: Operations Immediate Supervisor: Chief Information Officer Job Summary: Provide prompt, courteous and effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to credit union employees and/or members when questions or issues arise. Ensuring that all responsibilities of the department are being administered and monitored including, but not limited to, card services, ACH, RDC, Bill Pay and accounts payable. Pay is commensurate with experience. Premium Pay for hours worked on Saturday. Essential Functions: Provide efficient, accurate, and high-quality service while maintaining exceptional member relations both internally and externally. Complete all member requests received from Financial Services and other departments. Handle all card maintenance for Credit/Debit Cards including but not limited to address changes, issuing card orders, card activation and assisting with issues/questions. Assist members/staff with Fraud disputes. Administer and monitor daily account activity, daily maintenance of ACH file, and accounts payable. Assist employees/members in online banking, bill payment services, and other account activity. Review and complete reports for internal department use. Assist members/staff in answering questions via phone calls or chats. Perform all duties in accordance with the credit union's service standards, operations policies, and procedures, and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Identify reportable transactions and activities under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), its implementing regulations, and Unison's Anti-Money Laundering program. Comply with requirements under Unison's Member (Customer) Identification Program (CIP), FinCEN 314a procedures, and OFAC regulations and sanction programs. Qualifications: Professional, well developed interpersonal skills necessary for serving Credit Union members and projecting a positive image as a representative of the Credit Union. Self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of accuracy. Must be able to deal with difficult situations involving fraud, NSF activity and upset members. Effective oral communication skills to converse with members/staff in person and over the telephone. Ability to perform duties and make decisions under sometimes stressful situations. Ability to work with a diverse group of people. Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Education: High school diploma or equivalent expriences Schedule: Monday - Friday - Typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rotating Thursdays until 6:00 p.m. Additional evening and weekend hours as necessary to meet deadlines or accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
