About This Job The main purpose of this job is to support Commercial, Small Business and Health Servicing Financing customers in a variety of ways including product setup and maintenance for Commerce Connections, Remote Deposit, Sweep Accounts, and other Single Sign on Customers. Essential Functions Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries via phone and email, while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating effectively with business partners Provide Tier I support for setup related inquiries and tasks in collaboration with Treasury system implementations Ensure accurate and productive setup of client product on customer accounts Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Treasury, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cash management processes Proactively notify clients to ensure there are no missed deadlines or customer impact Identify and recommend process improvements to current workflows/processes Validate the accuracy of data for clients to the system of record to ensure all required documentation is collected for account setup Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Basic knowledge of the banking industry Ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions Ability to quickly learn various systems and processes, with ease in navigating multiple platforms simultaneously Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Education & Experience Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
