Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a skilled and experienced Electronics and IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance and hands-on experience in IT support.

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on various electronic devices and equipment.

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electronic systems such as PCs, LED screens, and industrial equipment.

• Provide IT support including software installation and hardware maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members to implement technology solutions and upgrades.

• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, installations, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.

• Provide training on various devices to the customers.

• Work as field technician

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Information Technology, or related field.

• Willing to learn new products and solutions.

• Proven experience in electronics repair, including knowledge of circuits, components, and troubleshooting.

• Strong IT skills with experience in hardware setup and software installation.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.

• Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools.

• Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Any Certification such as CCNA, MCSE, MCSD or A+ is an extra advantage.
