OB PURPOSE To perform preventive and corrective electronic and electrical maintenance on toll collection equipment (TCE) and traffic management systems within the toll plaza, maintain accurate records, and report any serious or malicious damage to equipment or infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and inspect all TCE systems, validation cameras, treadles, and traffic peripherals. Diagnose and resolve technical faults and respond to system support requests promptly. Oversee installation, replacement, and repair of equipment in line with procedures and regulations. Maintain inspection records, asset registers, tools, and spares. Submit incident, maintenance, and ad hoc reports to management. Provide technical support to other departments and coordinate with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and company policies. Perform overtime and standby duties as required.
