POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Knowledge Manager with Electronic Warfare (EW) experience to lead the development, maintenance, and dissemination of critical knowledge assets across EW-related missions and systems. This position supports the collection, organization, and sharing of technical and operational information related to electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO), contributing directly to improved decision-making, training, threat awareness, and mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute knowledge management strategies to support Electronic Warfare mission areas, including offensive and defensive EMS capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between EW subject matter experts (SMEs), intelligence analysts, system engineers, and operational personnel to ensure accurate and timely knowledge capture.
  • Maintain and improve classified and unclassified knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Intelink, DCS, JWICS portals).
  • Curate and tag EW-related data, reports, threat assessments, and technical documentation for easy retrieval and reuse.
  • Facilitate communities of practice (CoPs) focused on EW, EMSO, and related disciplines across stakeholders within DoD and the IC.
  • Track and integrate lessons learned, best practices, and mission feedback into structured knowledge repositories.
  • Provide KM support for EW testing, training, exercises, and acquisition programs.
  • Ensure information sharing complies with security policies, classification guidance, and data governance frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

  • TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a poly
  • Experience supporting EW missions at MSIC, NASIC, EWPMT, NAVWAR, or related organizations.
  • Familiarity with Joint EW Doctrine (JP 3-13.1), EMS superiority concepts, and multi-domain operations (MDO).
  • Working knowledge of data tagging standards, metadata management, and search optimization tools.
  • Experience with Agile or DevSecOps frameworks in system development or data integration environments
