Cryogenic Ltd is the leading supplier of high field superconducting magnets and low temperature measurement systems which operate without liquid helium.
Our magnet power supplies and other essential electronic devices are designed and assembled in-house.
We are looking for an Electronics Assembly Technician to join our electronics department to assist with our day to day production. This role requires experience in both surface-mount and through-hole PCB assembly. To succeed in this position you should be able to comprehend and follow technical drawings, electronic schematics and BOM documents.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assembly and hand soldering of PCB’s with both through-hole and surface-mount components. Assembly of high density surface-mount PCB’s using a pick-and-place machine and reflow of PCB’s in oven. Also assisting engineering staff with assembly of prototype PCB’s and equipment. The ability to solder miniature multi-pin connector assemblies and fine superconducting wire assemblies would be advantageous. This job role includes manufacturing many different products, we DO NOT operate a production line environment.
