YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a proactive team player who is excited about solving technical challenges and eager to keep learning. You match the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid knowledge of digital and analog electronics
  • Experience in embedded development (C/C++; VHDL/Verilog is a plus)
  • Familiar with tools like Matlab, JTAG/SWD, and measurement equipment
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Analytical, precise, and solution-oriented
  • Team-oriented with an interest in other disciplines
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Available for 40 hours per week and able to work in or travel to Venlo

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an Electronics Designer, you play a key role in various R&D projects. You will work on complex electronic systems including embedded controls, digital and analog circuits, motors, sensors, and power electronics. You’ll develop and test designs, build prototypes, and collaborate closely with experts in mechanics, software, chemistry, and physics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Verification and testing of electronic assemblies in the lab
  • Troubleshooting and fault isolation in complex test systems
  • Providing technical support for test systems (1st-/2nd-level support)
  • Performing measurements using oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
  • Installing and validating new firmware versions
  • Replacing and commissioning hardware and software components
  • Analyzing log files and measurement data for fault diagnostics
  • Designing printed circuit boards and guiding outsourcing partners
  • Designing of digital and analog electronics (such as embedded control and sensor control systems)
  • Development of power electronics
  • Supporting the continuous development of our platform solutions
  • Close collaboration with the development, testing, and production teams
  • Communicate and present effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
