We are seeking a motivated Electronics Engineer / Practical Engineer to join our Engineering Department. Responsibilities Support product development with a focus on manufacturability and smooth transition from R&D to production. Review engineering designs against manufacturing capabilities. Plan and design manufacturing processes for cables and electronic enclosures. Define production methods, processes, and quality control procedures. Write and maintain manufacturing documentation (cables, enclosures, systems, etc.). Build and manage product BOMs (cables, enclosures, systems, etc.). Provide hands-on support to production teams, addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting. Lead and coordinate the technological aspects of electronic projects. Provide engineering support to subcontractors for electronic production. The role includes: Electrical design, BOM creation, and ongoing maintenance. Technical leadership of projects within the organization. Collaboration with engineers from different disciplines, subcontractors, and suppliers (domestic & international). Production line support, including ECO management. Work in a dynamic and diverse environment. Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Practical Engineer – mandatory. 3–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. Knowledge and hands-on experience in RF, power supplies, wiring, electrical assemblies, circuit testing, and debugging. At least 2 years of experience in cable, enclosure, and PCB manufacturing. Knowledge in antennas – an advantage. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and NPI (New Product Introduction) – mandatory. Experience in manufacturing engineering – advantage. Ability to read and interpret complex/system drawings. Familiarity with electronics and cable manufacturing methods. Proficiency in OrCAD, Visio. Knowledge in ATE design – advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team player with self-discipline and personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
The engineer will support product development focusing on manufacturability and the transition from R&D to production, which includes planning and designing manufacturing processes for cables and electronic enclosures. Key duties involve defining production methods, writing documentation, building BOMs, and providing hands-on support to production teams.
