We are seeking a Senior Electronics engineer to drive growth, support on existing and new products, and position AI Armaments as a leader in the Dutch Defence industry. Do you feel energy and passion for this mission? Then you are the one we are looking for!

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Academic degree (Bachelor’s level) in Electronics Engineering or similar.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in design, development & fault-finding of electronic (PCB) assemblies, at least four years of work experience. 10 + years of development experience and/or knowledge of the defence industry or related sectors with similar local content requirements, such as energy, pharmaceuticals, medical, or civil engineering would be advantageous.
  • Design: Circuit (Schematic) and PCB placement and routing. Hierarchical; analogue, digital and mixed signal. Signal integrity and noise, EMI/EMC, ESD. Testing and fault-finding. Documentation, version control and release management.
  • Coaching: Technical coaching of junior & medio engineers. Team or discipline lead experience would be advantageous.
  • Advantageous experience: Ultra-low power, embedded software, high-volume & low-cost, modularity & reuse, future-spoofing, SPICE simulation and FPGA HDL. ISO9001 or similar process definition.
  • Language: Excellent proficiency in English is essential, while fluency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
  • Security: Mandatory Dutch background check (VOG), ability to obtain and maintain a NATO security clearance.
  • Able to travel: Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, conferences and trade events.
