Core Technical Skills

  • Schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit simulation tools.

  • Robustness and reliability design for testing and production (ICT, FCT, etc).
  • Integration with software, electro-mechanical systems, and fluid management.
  • Experience with control electronics and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Electronics R&D Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in developing and improving the electronic systems behind our industrial printers, accessories, and services. You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary environment alongside talented colleagues in Product Management, Systems, Mechanical, and Software Engineering.
Based at our Cambridge headquarters, you’ll collaborate across multiple international sites, forming part of a tight-knit, global R&D function. You’ll contribute to both new product development and continuous improvement, bringing your problem-solving mindset and leadership skills to the table - guiding team members, mentoring others, and continuously learning from those around you.
This is a technically rewarding role that offers broad exposure, real autonomy, and a clear route to leadership, working on cutting-edge technology in an industrial R&D setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
