Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll support the production of our paper void fill machines, stands, and benches, as well as build and refine prototypes of new designs.
This role is ideal for someone who’s technically strong, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. You’ll need the confidence to take ownership, give direction, and work collaboratively across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee builds in production and prototype development.
  • Ensure product quality is maintained at every stage.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical/electronic issues quickly and effectively.
  • Write clear build manuals and technical documentation.
  • Manage supply chain requirements to keep projects moving.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Be customer-facing when required, providing technical expertise.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in electronic engineering with mechanical experience.
  • Practical, hands-on build and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal training.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reactive to business needs.
  • Excellent communication – able to give and take direction, and represent the business with customers.
