We are currently inviting an Electronics Engineer to join our growing team and work withwork with wide scope of ODM projects, ranging from initial product electronics design to the creation of custom testing stands in R&D department, in our manufacturing and R&D environment in Vilnius and Molėtai. Ready to create impact? Join us and become part of something remarkable. In this position, you will: Analyze and evaluate customer projects, helping to estimate workload and timelines. Work with customer Altium source files. Design electronic prototypes and test them according to provided technical requirements. Design electronic test boards for customer product testing. Select testing equipment for electronics manufacturing (FCT, ICT). Adapt products for mass production (DFM, DFT). Work with laboratory measurement equipment. Build functional prototypes using development kits (dev kits). Generate required manufacturing documentation for electronics projects. Collaborate closely with electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, and embedded systems developers. Are passionate about designing, debugging, measuring, and analytical thinking. Are proficient with ECAD tools (Altium). Have hands-on design experience and have delivered at least one fully working project. Understand connection schematics of popular MCUs (STM, NXP, ESP32, MSP430). Are familiar with communication protocols (UART, I²C, SPI, RS485, CAN, etc.). Prepare manufacturing documentation with attention to detail. Understand and can apply analog, digital, and RF circuits in schematics. Hold a higher education degree in Electronics Engineering (or a related field). Are methodical and structured in your work. Salary Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €18/hour - €25/hour (€ 3 00– 4 200 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence. The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
Responsibilities
The engineer will analyze customer projects, design electronic prototypes and custom test boards, and adapt products for mass production, working across the entire ODM project lifecycle from concept to production. Key tasks include selecting testing equipment, building functional prototypes, and generating all necessary manufacturing documentation for electronics projects.
