Job Description Assist electrical and control development of HVAC water source systems, including Design & Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and Optimizations of System and Components. Motor Control / Inverter (System Optimization, Specifications, Testing) Testing and System Optimization (Simulation & Lab Testing) Assist performing engineering modifications & Update drawings & processes. Electrical and Electronics support of new & existing Products Electrical designs including cable harnesses & routings, component specs, Write Reports, Document Data and Communicate Findings Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multidiscipline needs (Engineering, Marketing, Assembly, Logistics, Purchasing,..etc ) and support them as needed Support cross functional teams including designers, CAD, Lab Technicians, Manufacturing Support Product & Project tasks such as testing, lab and manufacturing. Qualifications B.A in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (Electrical, Software, Controls) Ability to work with multiple teams & disciplines Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate engineering requirements.
