POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer in Reggio Emilia Location.
This is an opportunity for Electronic Engineers or Mechatronics Engineers with 10 years of experience in the off-highway or automotive sector ready to take on the challenge of implementing sensing systems (sensors and control units) applied to complex off-highway machineries.
The candidate will manage activities to develop and maintain new mechatronic products with main focus on Hardware, Firmware and related requirements management activities. In this role, the candidate will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders both internally (i.e. quality, purchasing, manufacturing) and outside the company (suppliers and customers).
You will be part of a high-performance team working in a global environment able to stimulate your skills and competences for a further professional growth. Creativity, innovation and curiosity are the team’ foundations to produce Sensing Solutions to address OEM vehicle needs.

JOB POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: University master degree - Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering

HARD SKILLS

  • Electronics boards design and validation

  • MIL/HIL testing environments
  • Functional safety standards ISO 13849 and/or ISO 26262 basics
  • V-Cycle principles
