REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the instrumentation or industrial sector.
• Solid knowledge of process instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, level) and automation products.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and vendor management.

• Identify and evaluate suppliers of instrumentation and process control products.
• Request, compare, and analyze quotations based on technical and commercial specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
• Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure material compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain supplier records and evaluate supplier performance periodically.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth receiving and inventory management.
• Monitor market trends and product availability to recommend new vendors or alternatives.
• Participate in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
