Job Description
The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client’s technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • People with German at C1 level - fluent, confident, stress-free,

  • with experience in customer or technical service (not a “MUST”, just will be easier for you),

  • with a bit of technical intuition - you don’t have to be an engineer, it’s enough that you can think logically,

  • with a positive approach to people and challenges - because a smile can be heard even on the phone,

  • English? nice to have, but not required.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • respond to calls from German-speaking customers,
  • help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects,
  • look for solutions remotely (so that the service technician can have a rest),
  • match products to customers in response to their needs,
  • work with a CRM system - great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.
