ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – ENTRY-LEVEL OPPORTUNITY IN A GROWING TECH COMPANY - PERMANENT OR 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assembling and configuring electronic products at the workbench
  • Performing precise soldering and rework on circuit boards
  • Packing finished units to meet both internal and client-specific requirements
  • Supporting quality control checks on incoming parts and finished products
  • Following build instructions and processes with a high attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues during assembly or testing
  • Collaborating with other departments and adapting to shifting production needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or training in precision soldering (essential)
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
  • Strong eye for detail and a methodical approach
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable, organised, and able to hit production deadlines
