The role of Electronics Project Leader is based in our Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Electronics or Mechanical
• 3 – 5 years of experience on similar position within international team
• At least 1 year of experience with planning and managing of the projects
• Knowledge of electronics technologies
• English on intermediate level (B2)
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Project)
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Leadership and project management skills

• Supporting the project team to reach project goal - supply customer with robust, validated and reliable product in requested time, quality and price
• Responsibility for design, validation developed product (electronics of lamps), supporting start of production and solving of problems during lifetime of product
• Coordinating electronics development team from RFQ till SOP, organize regular team meetings with team members
• Communicating with the management of the whole project and other departments, with the customer and suppliers, participating in regular project meetings, collecting and transmitting information
• Creating, observing and regularly updating of the time plan for the development of electronics, supporting the fulfillment of the price and quality targets of the entire project, regularly reporting the state of the project to the management of the electronics development department
• Delivering technical data in the required time, quality and format to the customer, prototype PCB manufacturers, EMS
• Supporting pilot sample preparation, product manufacturing activities, and SOP claims (measurements, analyzes, reports, etc.)
• Providing data and a description of the technical solution to create a bid for customers for new projects
• Collaborating with teams in other locations
