Description Warrant Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Electronics/Radar Technician to support testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced radar and electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with radar operation, calibration, and repair within a defense or engineering environment and will play a key role in supporting system performance, reliability, and mission readiness. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair radar and electronic systems and associated components. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Conduct system-level and component-level testing using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.). Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings. Support radar system integration, calibration, and performance verification in laboratory and field environments. Document maintenance actions, test results, and configuration changes per company and government standards. Assist engineers in system upgrades, modifications, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance procedures. Provide technical support and training to end users or field personnel as needed. Requirements Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent military or technical training may be considered. 3+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, or testing radar or advanced electronic systems. Strong understanding of RF theory, signal processing, and electronic circuit fundamentals. Proficiency using test and measurement equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with U.S. Navy or DoD radar systems. Familiarity with Configuration Management (CM) processes and documentation. Knowledge of networked radar systems and data communications. Prior work in a DoD contractor or military environment.
Responsibilities
The Electronics/Radar Technician will install, maintain, and repair radar and electronic systems while performing troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify equipment malfunctions. They will also conduct system-level and component-level testing and support radar system integration and performance verification.
