Warehouse Sort/Shred Specialist – No Weekends, No Mandatory Overtime! 🕔 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM 📍 Location: Onalaska, WI 💲 Starting Wage: $18.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience) 📈 Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year! What You’ll Do Disassemble electronics and sort components for further processing Work in our specialized glass processing room, breaking apart glass bulbs and TV glass Sort materials like plastics, metals, and other commodities Use hand tools and equipment safely to complete tasks Clean and organize your workstation Set and achieve production goals with your team What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Ability to work accurately at a quick pace Great attendance and reliability Team-first mindset and pride in doing things right Willingness to learn and grow (we’ll train you!)
