Description JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY: Provides skilled labor in the shop with electronic component assembly and testing. Contributes to a positive working culture, builds strong relationships, and lives out the values of integrity, collaboration, and accountability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble/build and test electronic assemblies with the ability to troubleshoot electronic issues. Assist in RGA area troubleshooting electronic failures, repairing them, and re-testing them. Clean and organize shop. Maintain related shop machinery, test stands and equipment. Other General manufacturing duties and any other duties as required or assigned by supervisor or lead. An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. COMPETENCIES: Ability to drive and/or be certified to drive a forklift. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
