QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the electronics field.
• Strong understanding of computer networking principles and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Proficient in using hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

• Perform field service tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to diagnose issues and execute repairs.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts and functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair computer hardware components and troubleshoot networking issues as needed.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by assisting with low voltage systems and related equipment.
• Use testing instruments such as ohmmeters to measure electrical values and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with other technicians to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
