• Close collaboration with the specialist departments of system development, design, production preparation and quality assurance
• Systematic planning, implementation and documentation of experiments on electronic assemblies, modules and systems
• Creation of test and work instructions
• Participation in the analysis of deviations and the definition of corrective actions
• Consistent implementation of quality assurance measures and guidelines.

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training as an electronics technician or comparable qualification
• Further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) is desirable or comparable further training.
• Prior experience in conducting trials, tests, or qualifications of assemblies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the use of measuring and testing equipment as well as evaluation software
• Independent, structured and conscientious work ethic
• Process- and project-oriented thinking and action
• Quality awareness combined with openness to continuous improvement
• We require good German and English skills, both spoken and written (at least level B2).
• Enjoyment of analytical thinking and technical problem-solving
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills in interaction with specialist departments
