We are interested in expanding our team to meet the demand of our federal clients. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics and be proficient in various technical areas, including computer networking, mechanical knowledge, and field service. This role involves working with security systems, surveillance equipment, and low-voltage installations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electronic systems including CCTV, fire alarms, and security systems. Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site. Utilize hand tools and power tools for installation and repair tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts. Collaborate with team members to design and implement new systems tailored to client needs. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installations. Provide training to clients on the operation of installed systems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in the electronics or security industry. Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking principles. Familiarity with sensors, alarm systems, telecommunication equipment, and remote access software. Experience with cabling for low-voltage applications is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to construction and installation processes is a plus. Skills in locksmithing are advantageous for certain security system installations.
