Qualifications

​​​​​​​The right candidate is comfortable operating hands-on with digital tools and infrastructure, uses AI to accelerate their work, and brings the interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across business and IT teams from day one.

• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or programme support role
• Proficient with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), M365 stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Office applications), and project delivery tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Comfortable building and maintaining reporting infrastructure directly, including Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools
• Active user of AI productivity tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with the ability to apply them effectively across drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis tasks
• Solid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile delivery principles
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with both business and IT stakeholders
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills - written and verbal
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
