Dental Electroplating Trainee - 2nd Shift $3.00 per hour shift differential added to hourly wage Generous PTO + Quarterly Bonuses Overtime available — not mandatory  We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team in an Electroplating role. You’ll be working with metal components, applying plating solutions, and ensuring high-quality finishes through precise processes. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. If you take pride in your work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do: * Prepare parts for electroplating by cleaning and inspecting surfaces. * Operate and monitor electroplating equipment and chemical baths. * Follow documented procedures for plating operations and quality checks. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Take initiative and demonstrate a strong drive for results. * Follow all company safety policies and practices. * Work overtime when needed (not mandatory). What You’ll Bring: * No prior electroplating experience required — training provided. * Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Basic computer skills. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Must be at least 18 years of age. The Physical Side: * Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently. * Stand and sit throughout the workday as needed. * Comfortable working around chemicals and using appropriate PPE.
