You’ll oversee process design, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement, driving operational excellence in one of Egypt’s top manufacturers of security systems and metal products. 💼 Key Responsibilities: Process Management, Engineering Optimization & Quality Enhancement Develop, implement, and manage electroplating and electrophoretic coating processes. Lead process optimization to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures. Supervise the electroplating team and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations for production lines and propose corrective actions. Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies to improve plating performance. Manage production resources and ensure the efficient use of materials and chemicals. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity. Monitor process parameters, analyze data, and report key findings to the Engineering Director. Train and mentor team members to ensure continuous skill development and knowledge transfer. ✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications: Process Control & Technical Excellence Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing in an industrial manufacturing environment.
