Description

Here's how you can create added value with us:

As an electronics technician for industrial systems, you ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems – from installation and maintenance to troubleshooting. You oversee projects from factory production to customer installation and guarantee compliance with all technical and legal requirements.

  • Troubleshooting and fault correction: You assemble and test electrical systems, analyze faults and restore functionality in case of technical malfunctions.
  • Maintenance and servicing: You will be responsible for maintenance work and inspections on electronic systems at our customers' sites.
  • Location Bochum: You will accompany the control cabinet construction from factory production to final assembly at our customers' sites.
  • Safety and standards compliance: You ensure compliance with the relevant technical, legal and safety-related requirements.
  • Installation and testing: You will be responsible for electrical installations and will test the electrical protective measures as well as other safety devices.

This is what makes you stand out:

  • Education: You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician or have a demonstrably comparable qualification.
  • Experience: You have practical experience in control cabinet construction or in the construction of electronic systems.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of control and measurement technology is desirable.
  • Further education: You are motivated to further your education.
  • Language skills: You have very good German skills (at least B2 level).
  • Driving licence & love of travel: You have a valid driving licence of class B and are keen to support our customers on site throughout Germany (travel activity on average approx. 50-60%).

Here's why you'll feel comfortable with us:

  • Onboarding program: For the first six months, we will provide you with a personal mentor who will guide and support you as you begin your career.
  • Long-term prospects: We offer you a permanent employment contract in an established energy supply company that will continue to be relevant in the future.
  • Flexible working hours: Thanks to trust-based working hours and time tracking, you can flexibly organize your working hours and compensate for overtime worked by taking time off in hours or days.
  • Work in a way that fits your life: Whether it's family, further education or other reasons – with individual part-time solutions you can flexibly adjust your hours.
  • Health promotion: We offer regularly changing, free health services – including preventive health check-ups, online cooking classes and lectures on mental health.
  • Bike leasing: Take advantage of the opportunity to lease up to two bicycles with insurance.
  • Targeted professional development: We offer you a wide range of training courses, online courses and external professional development opportunities that are individually tailored to your needs and development goals.
  • Company pension scheme: We subsidize your contributions to the company pension scheme by 20%, in addition to the legal requirement.
  • Vacation: In addition to 30 vacation days per year, you can look forward to two days off work on December 24th and 31st, provided these fall on a working day.
