As an Engineering Lab Technician at Tesla Engineering Germany GmbH, you will play a crucial role in the development of new products. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong electro-mechanical assembly skills and a solid understanding Electronics/Electrical circuits. You will collaborate closely with engineers and operations to ensure quality and efficiency in our development practices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Support the Design team in building-up prototypes
• Incoming PCB inspection and data analysis
• Perform day-to-day solder reworks
• Build and modify adapter boards and cable harnesses
• Support mechanical build processes, perform reworks on components (turning/milling), and prepare documentation for Design and Manufacturing Engineers
• Ability to read, interpret, and create documentation and drawings, and to give and follow precise verbal and written instruction
• Troubleshooting equipment and processes by collaborating with engineering, quality and operations
