• Creativity and independence in lesson planning skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in learning more about Waldorf Education within casual roles, and if applying for a class teacher position, a willingness to attend Waldorf teacher training in-services or other Waldorf education opportunities.
