Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Excellence: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the BC Ministry of Education’s standards and a Biblical worldview.
• Classroom Culture: Create a positive environment that encourages student participation and fosters a lifelong love for learning.
• Assessment & Support: Evaluate student progress through diverse methods and provide individualized support or tutoring to ensure every child reaches their learning goals.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with parents, students, and colleagues, modeling servant leadership and a collaborative spirit.
• Professional Growth: Maintain accurate records and participate in professional development to stay current with innovative teaching strategies (such as "Frenchify" techniques).
