We are looking for an educator who believes that students learn best by doing—using games, hands-on activities, real-world problem solving, STEM challenges, and collaborative projects to build a strong foundation in mathematics. Responsibilities: Teach math to students in Grades 4–6 using a Project-Based Learning approach. Design engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. Incorporate math games, manipulatives, technology, and interactive activities into daily instruction. Connect mathematical concepts to real-world applications and cross-curricular projects. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Foster a positive classroom environment where students feel confident taking risks and solving challenging problems. Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support growth. Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Texas teaching certification preferred). Experience teaching upper elementary or middle school math (Grades 4–6 preferred). Passion for Project-Based Learning and student-centered instruction. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
