We are looking for an enthusiastic Elementary School English & Homeroom Teacher to join our dynamic team at a leading international school in China. This position involves nurturing young learners while delivering engaging English lessons that promote language acquisition and academic success. Main Responsibilities: Design and implement creative lesson plans tailored to the needs and interests of elementary students. Foster a supportive and collaborative classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to guide their learning journey. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Engage with parents to communicate student progress and school activities. Participate in professional development and contribute to school community events. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience, particularly in elementary education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with young learners. Passion for teaching and dedication to fostering student growth and development.
