Prior experience with IEP development and implementation is highly valued. Position Responsibilities Include: Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals. Track and document student progress to ensure compliance with district and state requirements. Create a structured and positive classroom environment that supports academic and social growth. Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families to ensure continuity of support. Requirements At least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement. Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a similar setting is preferred.
