From high quality reactive and planned maintenance services, refurbishments and building fit outs to mechanical and electrical compliance, fabric building services, fire services, minor civils works and specialist services, we provide clients with a bespoke solution to suit their needs.

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the Client.

• Qualified to an NVQ level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2
• Test and Inspect qualification preferred
• Experience of working within a domestic / social housing / commercial / challenging environments
• Having a passion for making a difference to people’s environments, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
• Emergency call out expected, on a rota basis
